| Description: |
Enviro Form Fill is a course granular, technically
advanced super-absorbent material that rapidly absorbs and retains
large volumes of water from aqueous solutions. Enviro Form Fill
can absorb vast quantities of fluid and “plug” fractured
or damaged formations. |
| Recommended Use: |
Enviro Form Fill is ideally suited for loss circulation control
in highly fractured and permeable/porous formations.Enviro Form
Fill can also be used to solidify bentonite slurries into a
more manageable consistency for disposal. |
| Characteristics: |
- Excellent at sealing gravels and fractured rock.
- Capable of absorbing 200-250 times its own weight in water.
- Converts drilling fluid into disposable solid by absorbing
water.
- Course particle size allows sealing of the most open of
formations.

| Mixing and Application: |
Pre-mix 2kg per cubic metre within the bentonite/non-bentonite
fluid and pump into the damaged region. After swabbing the
bore allow the material to fully hydrate and then carry on
drilling. (This will allow the polymer to pack out the damaged
region)
